Fastly - Intermittent Fasting Tracker
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Fastly mobile application ("App") operated by Fastly ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Fastly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Fastly is an intermittent fasting tracker that provides:
IMPORTANT: Fastly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only.
4.1 Free Features: Basic fasting timer, 3 fasting plans, basic statistics, streak tracking, and community viewing are available for free.
4.2 Premium Features: Additional features require a Fastly Pro subscription:
4.3 Free Trial: Monthly and Yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.
4.4 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.5 Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
4.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

All content, features, and functionality of Fastly (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of Fastly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
